I had a appt this morning at 10:15am. for my first chemo treatment. I was notified at THAT time that I would have to reschedule appt for next week BECAUSE THEY WERE OUT OF THE CHEMO DRUG. I spoke to them on 15 minutes before I arrived,, why not tell me then. Last week my appts were scheduled on a (print-out) calendar that they gave to me until the middle of October. I just spent the last 5 days preparing my home and my family for this day. The person responsible for supplies, has messed up!
I saw Dr. Govil for an intital visit. She was polite, professional and patient, answering all of my many questions. I am happy I found her and would recommend her to anyone looking for a new GP.
Absolutely lacking in bed side manner.
