EXCELLENT BRISKET MeanMuggerTrucker here at Mitch’s Texas Style BBQ in Lubbock Tx. I tried the brisket and the green beans. The food was excellent. Texas BBQ and convenience, Brisket is delicious, I like mixing some in the beans. Friendly staff, convenient location and quick service. Make sure to get all the fixins (pickles, onions, jalapenos, peppercinos and sauce) at the condiment Island to compliment your order! They also offer catering!
