Friendly, but at the very least, displayed a huge lack of communication in my case. I told counter person my truck had stalled with what seemed like possible fuel issue. I did mention that battery light was on as well. I asked for them to check it out and let me know the diagnosis. The next call I got was to tell me the alternator was replaced and my bill was $300+.
