RUDE, HATEFUL STAFF. From booking the appointment to checking in, they were rude and annoyed with doing their job. The actual technicians who perform the imaging are kind and deserve a less hostile workplace. Reception staff needs a lesson on how to work with the public

This was my first time going to this location for a Mammogram and Bone Density Test. I am thrilled with the service I received. Even though I was late I was greeted with kindness and care. I did not have to wait for service and my technician who gave me the Mammogram was outstanding, such care and patience she made me feel very comfortable and took great care in performing her job. This is my second time using Diagnostic Imaging (Largo location) and it will definitely be my last. I arrived at 9:00 am, as I was advised, for a walk-in chest X-ray. I was the only one in the waiting room. About 10 minutes after I arrived, a few employees walked in. This is interesting, as the facility starts walk-in hours at 9:00am (opening time). My mammogram technician is awesome 🤩 and always make you comfortable. She’s the one who’s been there for over twenty years and I think her name is Gwendolyn or Gwen 😃 but if that’s the wrong name she’s been there forever and I hope she never leaves.
