Absolutely unacceptable. I asked Raoul for a simple design—just a heart, line, or star. Somehow that translated into shaving off the entire back of my hair and leaving it uneven. I was crystal clear about what I wanted and even confirmed with him beforehand. He said he could do it. He lied. I hate to call out my own gender, but as a man working with women’s hair, he should know better than to disregard a direct request.
