Absolutely atrocious. The receptionist was beautiful but unfortunately the 10 min consultation involved talking over the top of me, insulting me and making assumptions I did not even speak about during the so called 10 min consultation. I didn’t even have a chance to speak it was so rushed. Totally inappropriate. I was distressed due to a death and came off the phone more distressed .
