I lost the pin that holds my weight distribution bar in place during our drive. Mitchell rv was relatively close. I arrived on Thursday Aug 7. The business was closed as the owner was on vacation but he happen to be on site just for a few minutes. He was in his truck about to leave but asked me what I needed. I showed him my hitch. I don't think much good about the sales at this place. I spoke with a sales rep on the phone, and was going to put a deposit down, and was told that a staff member was going to be using it for a week to Temagami. A round trip of 1100 KMS. I'm assuming he wanted to use it because it has the off road package, and Temagami is where most go for off road fishing trips, not camp sites. I left it at that and told my wife about it. I had all my trailer keys stolen out of my truck. I went to Mitchell’s RV Centre and he helped me out with new keys and ideas how to deal with what he couldn’t deal with. Great service!
My husband and I recently purchased a trailer from Mitchell's and had a wonderful experience. We worked with Warren on multiple visits - he was always happy to answer our questions, teach us about trailers (it is our first) and help with anything we needed. We never felt rushed and felt his service was always genuine - highly recommend!
