DO NOT PURCHASE AN RV FROM THEM> They are covering up health risk on the type of repairs they are doing. they told me they put a new floor in and repaired the roof. bottom line i have a camper I can't nor have I been able to use, it has black mold in walls and the flooring was only put under the old flooring. so it looked like a brand new floor. they are awful and this type of business should not be allowed to take advantage of the people in Okaloosa county. i urge all of you do not do business with them. the owner Mr. Mitch... read more
I purchased a 2005 travel trailer last week and left very happy! Until it rained! I questioned a few things and was assured that they do a complete evaluation of all the units they buy & sell and that they re-seal the roof etc. They did a walk thru with me at time of purchase unit was hooked up to electric and propane. Everything seemed to work but when I get home somethings only work with electric and not gas and vice verse. RecommendedMy husband had a blowout today on the RV! Roadside assistance was a no show and Mitchell’s RV LLC was Johnny on the spot and changed our tire! They will be getting our services from now on! Thank you so much for getting my husband to me so we could start our long weekend camping trip!
