HORRIBLE customer service!!! I dropped my rig off to get a quote. They said I owe them for 2 hours of work when I explicitly told them I just wanted a quote. They proceeded to tell me that they fixed it and all I needed to do was add water BUT wouldn't let me use their hose to make sure it worked. Left to go fill it up with water to see if it worked. IT DIDNT. I took it back and the boy at the desk told me that it wasn't their problem.
Great customer service. Couldn’t be happier. I purchased my 2019 725DT Grasshopper from Brandon and love it. Brandon has been excellent with his customer service and with all his knowledge of parts and whatever else I might need. Mitchell’s Outdoor Power Equipment is who I will always use. Thank you Brandon for everything.
Terrible customer service!! I will drive double the distance to Hartleys to avoid dealing with this place and that little boy that works up front. Complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Can not listen to simple instructions, blood boils when I pass this sorry excuse for an establishment! Trust me. Go to Hartleys! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
Couldn’t ask for better service from Brandon! He was quick and patient to get back to me while I was at work trying to buy the mower. I will be using them again for every outdoor purchase I make!
