What fabulous customer service! My friend was not at home to receive the flowers. Because it was extremely hot outside they did not leave them at her door. But they returned twice to try to deliver them and also called her. Really appreciate the fact that they went the extra mile to make sure her flowers were delivered in a beautiful and fresh condition!
