Fantastic service from Gordon. First time buying any type of motor vehicle and he made the process incredibly simple and straightforward. Within a couple of hours of walking into the sales room, I had picked out a bike, filled out the paperwork and had my new purchase dropped off at my door. Can't ask for more than that. Top marks.
Great service! Our communicators broke on day 7 of a 15 day tour. We took a chance to find the closest dealership. Abbie installed new communicators for us into our helmets and we were back on the road. The coms are working great. Thank you Abbie for all you did for us!
I bought a bike from Mitchell's in 2024, the sales team were first class. They could not have been more helpful. Since then I have been back for servicing etc and again the team at Mitchells have nailed the customer service. I'll be back again for sure.
