I have been to Mitchell's several times and they have always been very helpful! Even squeezed us in one time so we could go on vacation with a safe vehicle.
Rude and horribly overpriced! I stopped to see if he could give me a readout of my obd2 error codes and he wanted 42.50!!! Something that almost all auto parts stores do for free. When I questioned the price he became rude and snotty never doing business here!
I talked to Kim, Mitchell's wife, and I found her to be very kind and helpful. She answered my questions honestly, took the questions I had that she didn't know and asked me to call back, which I did 10 minutes later and she promptly answered my questions. I set up an appointment for the next day and she called me the following day to confirm it.
