February 18, 2015 I ordered cut flowers from my local florist for a funeral in Hartsville, SC. The order was filled by Mitchell’s Floral Design & Gifts. Including tax and fees I paid $92.25, Mitchell’s received the majority of this charge. What I got was a hand full of flowers in a large glass vase. The arrangement was substantially less than ordered and an embarrassment. Mitchell’s offered a $20 refund, an insult to me and should be an embarrassment to him. Do not do business with this florist!
