Overcooked shrimp and lobster. Had to send back.
Service was decent. I have been here a few times and it was good those times. This time was a big disappointment. The ahi tuna was good but my main entree, shrimp and crab stuffed cod was bland. The mashed potatoes were lukewarm and the asparagus was blah. I had high expectations and felt like I just ate at captain D's for $42. I ordered the lobster macncheese and was appalled. Exquisite food and drinks every time. We are Landry's members and have enjoyed dining with Mitchell's for years. Staff goes above and beyond. Never leave less than satisfied.
Service was meh. Lobster mac and cheese lacked any cheese flavor, shrimp and chips were totally unseasoned, the lobster bisque had zero lobster and a ton of sherry, prices were high for food with lack of flavor and slow service when there were approximately no other patrons in the restaurant. The rest of the food was decent enough, but the side items were tiny (two tablespoons of coleslaw or three spears of asparagus). Food and service were great except for the Lobster Bisque which was terrible. Tasted like it was cooked to long and not one piece of lobster in it. Appetizers, drinks, and entrees were perfect
Over priced and mediocre food. Service was also terrible. Sat for 20 minutes with an empty drink.
