Fantastic place
Very nice place
My brother has been a resident here for 8 years. The owner has treated him like family and he has been very happy here. The facility is clean and well maintained. The residents always appear well cared for and very happy. We have been impressed over the years with the communication. The owner and staff never hesitate to let us know of any concerns with the care of my brother. We have recently moved out of state and have complete confidence that my brother is well taken care of. Staff assault residents with wet towels to their faces and then laugh about it, all clothes and bedding and community use towels and washcloths are washed on quick wash in cold water, medications are not given properly, kitchen staff do not wash their hands after using the restroom, meals are not large enough for adults, several residents constantly complaining about meal quality and size, kitchen staff microwaves most meat and serves mostly frozen and/or cold, heating/air issues consistently, owner forces residents to do fr... read more
