I've had a great pleasure of meeting Neil a couple of days ago when I requested him to assess the damage to my car caused by another driver. I've never met anyone so genuine and honest like Neil. Neil spent some time to take a look at the damage even though he had mentioned to me that that work wasn't within his scope. Neil referred me to someone else for that particular work, but I'm sure I'll be taking my cars to him from now on for servicing and other works that may come up - ahching :)
