Got rear ended on a Friday afternoon. Turned away by 2 other body shops in the area that couldn’t be bothered to even look at the damage. Drove past this place and stopped in. They took the time to look at the damage, gave me all the info I needed plus more, thoroughly explained to me how things work and the best way to deal with the situation. Felt like a very genuine and honest interaction. Strongly recommend avoiding the other places in the area and stopping here first.
