bought a "New"Mobile home and later found out it wasn't even the right year and it was USED...The house had numerous problems. Lied all the way around My documents didn't even match the title. Not trustworthy and their workmanship for the foundation was horrible.
We were shopping around for the best home for our family of 4. We have a lot of questions about specific home needs like water heaters, warranties and mortgages. They are full of very helpful information and we intend on making a purchase within the very near future.
We fought our forever home from Mitchell's a year ago and we couldn't have asked for better customer service. They were helpful, professional and worked very hard to meet our needs! Thank you Mitchell's, we've recommended our son to you and he will be purchasing from you as well!!!
July 2025, We spent over $200,000 on a doublewide. Biggest Mistake was dealing with Mitchell's Mobile Homes in Searcy. Kevin was very accommodating with the sell. Not so accommodating with the repairs needed. We bought our home from KEVIN who assured us they would fix all issues. Lol...He LIED! HE GOT HIS MONEY. Now we are seeking legal advice.
Over 8 months later...still waiting for repairs. Kevin at Searcy told us to call the manufacturer. Whitney, the CSR, was no help. Called Kevin at Searcy AGAIN..no.help. Three different times they have sent ppl here only to mess up worse than it was. The "crews" they send are ex-cons . We know this because they told us. Paid over 200k for this double wide. Seriously?
