I was pretty surprised reading the reviews because my experience was very different. This is the second home that we have bought from Mitchells, and both experiences have been great. With the first home, the only problem we had was with the closing, but that was an issue with US Bank and not Mitchells. The second home we had custom built. It is a Winston home. A friend has a 22 month New Home that after $90,000 of financing HAS NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER. FOUNDATION SAGGING, WINDOWS WON'T CLOSE TRIM POPPING, APPLIANCES BROKE. Not bad for Warranty or Customer Service. This Country and the 30 or 1 years Warranty says IT ALL. I'D NEVER RECOMMEND ANY COMPANY OR PRODUCT THAT WON'T SUPPORT WHAT THEY SELL WITHIN A REASONABLE TIMEFRAME. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT.
I can't say enough about the wonderful experience we have had with Mitchell's mobile homes they have truly went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied and that all issues we had with buying a used home were addressed and completely fixed without fail I would highly recommend Mitchell's to anyone who's looking to purchase a home . Again great service......
Not a lot going on here. Clayton Homes are.sold.here. . Walked their entire lot to find nothing but home full of issues From outside doors that won't shut, leaking roofs, interior trim falling off of walls and ceilings. Honea without.mositire barriers, just cheaply built from ground to.roof. High disappointment in products and lack of any sort of quality.
Buyer Beware Sales staff in Wynne is exceptional. Service staff in Searcy is useless. They didn't set our doublewide even or level. When brought to the owners attention, was told don't worry we'll fix it. A year later still kicking the problem down the road with no fix in site. I should have made them come get this trash when they refused to fix it within the first 2 months, before we moved in. Absolute garbage company.
