Great customer service and great turf. I had a mix-up related to delivery of the turf. It was sorted with no issues and the fresh turf was excellent. Would recommend and will buy from Mitchell Turf again.
I purchased 4 large bags of stones for our West End garden. The price was excellent and delivery exactly on the day I requested. As there is limited parking on our street I was nervous they could only be dropped some distance away, but the driver was great and made sure all bags were placed on the pavement, right at our garden. Delighted - highly receommended!
Haven't purchased any materials so wouldn't be a fair evaluation to give 1 star, my review is more of a complaint about the lack of awareness, courtesy and professionalism from 1 of the drivers of the 17.5 ton curtain side truck with the forklift at the rear and the driver's mate that pulled out from the roundabout at wardpark at around 16:25 on the 11th of July 2025, without looking at the road ahead he pulled out just a few feet in front of my vehicle of which is captured on the vehicle dash cam I am very fortunate the veh... read more
