I send an enquiry online asking to book an appointment and I haven’t received a response after three working days. I won’t bother waiting anymore. Can’t be too hard to find an alternative store that responds to enquirers fast and values customer service.

Had the rear tailgate garnish replaced on a new (new being a crash magnet) Subaru Outback after a supermarket parking bingle. Emailed them and sent a photo of what needed replacing and made a booking. That saved me a trip over to Canberra which I appreciated. They had the part when I dropped it off for the repair (est. 2 days). Required colour matching and painting the part then refitting badges and tailgate opener etc. Not completely straight forward.
