Had the rear tailgate garnish replaced on a new (new being a crash magnet) Subaru Outback after a supermarket parking bingle. Emailed them and sent a photo of what needed replacing and made a booking. That saved me a trip over to Canberra which I appreciated. They had the part when I dropped it off for the repair (est. 2 days). Required colour matching and painting the part then refitting badges and tailgate opener etc. Not completely straight forward. I had taken my vehicle to another body shop in Canberra for repairs following an interaction with a Kangaroo, and was extremely disappointed with their communication, job quality, and lack of time management. Hayden's team at Mitchell Smash Repairs are the complete opposite, providing quality repairs in a timely manner. They were professional, courteous, and communicated well. I highly recommend this business.
My car was stolen here and they did nothing to help me and refuse to pay. They left my car out overnight and lied to me for 9 months
