Their website is deceptive. I purchased screws for my tailgate. **W710763-S901 order 45863** The picture showed 4 screws leading me to believe that each bag had 4 screws in it. I thought that I was purchasing 12 screws - 3 bags with 4 each. I was sent 3 screws with expedited shipping that wasn't expedited. The problem is that they only sent me 3 screws versus their pic that showed 4 screws. There was no instance that the website indicated that the screws were sold by the each. ordered $70 dollars worth of parts and never even got a shipping number, i called for 3 days straight and asked about my parts and they transferred me to a voicemail each time. when i called for a refund they said they were waiting for some of the parts to come in hence why it hasnt shipped but i just asked for a refund, i got the email saying the order was cancelled but still haven’t recieved any of my money back. and they are still sending me emails about completing my purchase yet my cart is empty.

Ordered part on 3-18-22 and received a shipping label that was never picked up by USPS. Called for a refund on 3-30-22 and got the run around and asked for a manager . Manager then called me a thief by saying if the so called part they say they shipped made it to me I wouldn't return it . Poor communication lies and no customer service ! Placed an order waited 3 weeks, called to follow up and then was told they can’t sell the product. Then canceled my order and Hung up on me
