I love shopping local but I just had an experience that has left me baffled. I was at Mitchell’s chocolates trying to buy chocolates for some work peeps at Heights and the owner would not sell to me?!? I wanted 6 boxes and they had way more than 6 boxes available. The owner stated that if I wanted that many boxes I would have to put in an order or come back later. Neither which were options for me. Seriously??? This was never a problem in the past! Jason and staff are so friendly and knowledgeable about chocolate. They even gave my mom and I a peek behind the scenes! Beautiful and delicious chocolates!

Wow, wow, wow! After our anniversary dinner we popped into Mitchell’s for a bite of chocolate for dessert. We left with so much more! Jason was amazing and told us all about Mitchell’s history. Especially interesting was how they’ve perfected dark chocolate to take out all the bitterness. Beautiful hand crafted chocolates in too many varieties to count. We will be back again and again!
