I travel for work and in 11 years have never dealt with someone in temporary housing that was as rude as Becky. For no reason, just regular communication that should be positive/pleasant she was generally unpleasant and not helpful. however, when I came to pay in person- the girl at the front desk was so nice, I wish I could remember her name. very sweet and helpful, thank you
