Honestly I had to pay $60 dollars for 5 mins meet up and it was worst experience. He checked my throat and said I’m just consuming coffee too much and smoking! He was making me asking him questions like what do I do now do you have anything to prevent this he was lost and wasn’t telling me anything it was like I’m the doctor and he’s the patient.
Dr. Dobberpuhl is the worst doctor experience I have ever been a part of. As an ENT, he looked in my ears and told me I was just using QTips too much rather than listening to me when I said I rarely use them. He seemed like he wanted to just get me in and out without actually trying to figure out what was going on while being very anti-social and condescending. Worst doctor experience in my entire life. Zero social skills. Zero empathy. Zero concern for helping me with my congestion. I struggle sleeping at night due to congestion. He gave me every excuse for my poor sleep except the congestion. This guy is an ENT? What a joke. I'm out more than $1,000 because of him. Avoid him at all costs.
I went to this guy because I was having trouble with scabs in my nasal passages. All these years the women in my family have had them. They were actually blocking my ability to breathe thru my nose. He looked inside my nose and asked me what I was snorting! I’m not even kidding!! I’m like “dude “ I’m 63 years old, I’m not snorting anything!! He said he never saw scabs in anyone’s nose before. I'm still upset, confused, and honestly completely dissatisfied at the appointment I had with this Doctor. Dr. Dobberpuhl completely dismissed my concerns. He essentially told me he didn't see anything wrong with me although I had been dizzy for more than a month. I don’t care about him been socially awkward, but and didn't seem to know how to answer my questions and probing for some type of solution.
