Had the worst experience with this surgeon. His lack of care for his patients is evident. I had a hernia repair and had some post op issues and when contacting his office my phone calls were never returned and when I had to call back they told me to go to the er and would not see me
I was actually very pleased to begin with with Dr Plummer. I was taken by ambulance from work in December 2021 and wound up having emergency abdominal surgery. In April of 2022 he went in to do a revision to a nissen fundoplication and was supposed to also fix a hiatal hernia. When I came out of surgery and in the recovery room I was told the revision was done but the hiatal hernia was not fixed and then just like that I was dropped as a patient.
