My boyfriend and I moved in a couple of months ago and everything about this property has been such a good experience for us. Both office staff and maintenance have been extremely helpful and nice. I want to recognize Fatima personally, she made all processes go so smoothly and continues to be so sweet, helpful, and considerate anytime we see her. The ambiance and safety is our favorite part. We love it here:)
Edit in response to yours: I clearly said my Fiancé lived here didn’t I? So his name was on the lease and he didn’t want to deal with you guys calling him with BS or trying to falsify documents for court. Please read & please don’t move here. My Fiancé lived here and got $3,000 in move out fees. He and myself are very clean people. We have a 30 min walkthrough video before our last day with a black light, inspecting the entire place since they mentioned they will check with the black light. From day one and almost 2 years later I only have good things to say about Mitchell place , everything has been so easy and they make you feel like home , .
I took a tour with my husband of the property and I have to say this is by far one of the cleanest properties I’ve toured. The ladies at the front office were helpful and generous. They were able to answer all the questions I had. Future home!
