Wanted to take a little time out to send my gratitude to the Mitchell Place maintenance team for their superb efforts!! They always have a smile on their faces when whizzing around the property to help fix someone’s issue. I would especially like to commend Harley, who has fixed a few minor issues in our home. It is apparent that he takes pride and pleasure in helping our community. Cheers all around team!!
My boyfriend and I moved in a couple of months ago and everything about this property has been such a good experience for us. Both office staff and maintenance have been extremely helpful and nice. I want to recognize Fatima personally, she made all processes go so smoothly and continues to be so sweet, helpful, and considerate anytime we see her. The ambiance and safety is our favorite part. We love it here:)
Edit in response to yours: I clearly said my Fiancé lived here didn’t I? So his name was on the lease and he didn’t want to deal with you guys calling him with BS or trying to falsify documents for court. Please read & please don’t move here. My Fiancé lived here and got $3,000 in move out fees. He and myself are very clean people. We have a 30 min walkthrough video before our last day with a black light, inspecting the entire place since they mentioned they will check with the black light.
