I was driving by and came across Mitchell Place. Fatima was the one who helped me during my visit, and she was incredibly thorough and welcoming. She took the time to explain everything in detail and even mentioned that they host resident events every month, which really makes it a huge plus! I'm relocating from San Diego soon, and this was the perfect place to come across while preparing for my move. Highly recommend checking it out!
I first toured Mitchell Place about 3 months ago. When I first walked in I was greeted by 2 smiling faces who instantly made me feel welcomed. Allot of other places I looked at, I felt uncomfortable walking in. Like I was disturbing their work. Both girls at Mitchell Place were kind, talkative and genuine. I've lived here for 3 years. The girls in the office are so nice and helpful. This past week they did a community wide Trunk or Treat Event for all of the residents. It was so fun to see all the little ones in their costumes and spread some Halloween Cheer. Such a Great Fun Event I hope they do next year too!
I just renewed my lease here at Mitchell Place. It was a really easy decision to stay due to my experience I've had here. The property is always clean and well maintained. We have very nice neighbors and the girls in the office have been so kind, helpful and always have a smile when I see them. Excited for the annual pumpkin pies they give out every year in November and really enjoyed the Trunk or Treat event they did in October.
I been living here for a long time and if you need to rent come here. Maintenance ellie and the guys are on top of it and the office staff are wonderful. I recommend it here for renting.
