Overall the experience living there was a good one. The apartment was nice. Maintenance requests were handled quickly. However, guest parking is a joke. Many people living there keep guest parking for themselves shuffling cars between spots, and not purchasing a private spot for themselves. Most times I had to park on the street so guests could use my purchased spot. Don’t expect to get any of your deposit back. We moved out over 30 days ago and still have yet to receive the little bit of our deposit that is owed back to us.... read more

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great experience from start to finish. I just moved from Colorado, and Fatima was extremely helpful—kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. She guided me through everything, from choosing the right unit to explaining renters insurance and current promotions. She answered all my questions clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Mitchell place is a beautiful community. The staff is super warm and welcoming when you go into the office. The pool and clubhouse areas were my favorite. This property is definitely somewhere I can see myself living at.
I recently moved to another apartment within Mitchell Place Apartments. While moving in there were multiple repairs that needed to be done. Harley and Ely were excellent in each maintenance request. There was one after another and they were prompt in responding and took care of each repair. They were extremely friendly and when I apologized for having them come out so many times, they both replied it is their job and they commented they're happy to do the work.
