Exceptional Management & Maintenance Team. I have lived here over 3 years and can honestly say I feel at home. Management is professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in creating a welcoming environment. Fatima has assisted me in many occasions and she is always extremely pleasant and understanding. I just have to say how amazing these apartments and the staff are! The community is always clean, peaceful, and so well taken care of. You can really tell there’s pride in keeping everything looking beautiful. What truly makes this place special though is the staff and a huge shout out to Rigo. He is always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. It’s such a great feeling to live somewhere you feel comfortable and appreciated so thank you.
The maintenance team is truly outstanding! I had a dishwasher repair request, and they got here right away and fixed it quickly. Plus, the staff is always so friendly and professional.
Worst Apartment Experience Ever. I lived there for less than 5 months. I asked to terminate my lease for personal reasons. They mentioned I had to sign a 30 day agreement stating I was terminating the lease. They went ahead and assigned a day for my move out. No problem. I paid over 8k in move out fees which is fair its in the fine print. But at the time of moving out they added additional fees as my 30 day notice went into December. This place is great!! Office staff is always Helpful and kind along with all the maintenance crew Very positive attitudes all the time! I’ve lived here 2 years and never had a problem
