I had an issue at my unit That was going to pretty much stop the progress of my day. Submitted a request of maintenance at my unit pretty quick and did a really fast efficient job at fixing my problem! They always respond really quickly and they’re really nice. Ely came over and did a really good job. Really happy with the work that she did and how friendly she was.
My mom has lived here for about 2yrs . Community is peaceful and very greatful to come visit my mom and she is taken care of .maintenance is amazing and Rigo maintenance supervisor is very friendly and knowledgeable ,my mom had her issues in apartment taking care fast .
This apartment complex has been great, and a big reason is Rigo from the maintenance team. He’s always friendly, helpful, and quick to take care of anything that comes up.
My husband and I had a few maintenance issues but didn’t stress at all! I always knew the staff here was great. Rigo’s customer service and expertise in what he does is top tier! Thank you Rigo.
Be prepared for illegal move out fees when you leave. They are going to keep your entire deposit and ask for more. They will refuse to communicate with you. They wanted $2750 to move out of our unit and refused to supply proper invoices. Also, all residents are required to be enrolled in a rent pay credit reporting. When you move out, it counts as a closed account and will tank your credit score. My credit score dropped 33 points, just for moving out. Never missed rent. Never late on rent.
