just now Dr Mitchell is a very thorough physician. I have been an RN for 35 years. I know excellence when I see it and I am a very hard to please patient. I have dealt with physicians forever and recognize a contentious and excellent diagnostician when I am presented with such a person. He correctly listened to my husbands concerns and ordered an ekg which diagnosed a heart attack. Dr Mitchell has always been consciousness and thorough ; he is very familiar with the whole families health conditions. He has been our family doctor since he came to Mercy, we have only had positive experiences and have recommended him to friends and family.
I am now attending appointments with my mother who recently suffered a stroke. She has difficulty understanding and Dr Mitchell was extremely patient and explained things to her in her limited language until she comprehended. I was very impressed with his ability to work with her and his acknowledgement that I was there to see to her new needs.
Very nice and professional.All my matters were addressed.I think hes great.
