NO SHOW! I had an appointment for between 8-11 AM. I called the office at 8:16 AM this morning and Jake (I think the guy's name was Jake) confirmed my appointment for today. NO SHOW, NO CALL. Disgrace! I waited at the house until noon, how frustrating.
