Very rude and unprofessional staff. Spoke with Mitch for the first time and he was suppose to look into the issue for me and get back to me. Never heard from him again. I called the office about a month later and they said that he was out of town and didn't know when he was coming back. I changed to another agent that same day. Staff has no compassion for their customers!!!!!

I just spoke with Angie she was great. I've used this office for 5+ years. Multiple agents, but I never notice a difference in quality of service. Always very helpful.

I used to love this branch because Melissa the office manager was amazing. I guess she is no longer there and his staff is very rude now. I will be switching companies and paying more per month for better customer care. This was my third State Farm agent and will be my last.

I have been using State Farm for 23 years, through several dufferent agents, in multiple states. I have never had a problem with any State Farm, even this one, until a few years ago when a new agent came in. There has now been a couple of different agents with each one just getting worse. Aside from the rude office personnel, they never send me my insurance cards nor save my new address permanently in their system. Plus I have always been on automatic payments from my bank account... I don’t know Mitchell but his staff is rude, argumentative and unhelpful. I am sorry I pay them over $300 per month and that is soon to change.
