I ha. 3 pm apt . I waited 45 minutes and was told typically he is 1 or more hours behind. In addition when I said this is unacceptable. The receptionist was extremely rude. How about you space appointments out appropriately so this doesn’t happen and offer an apology.
Dr Kotler treats my dad with care, respect, friendliness and complete professionalism. My dad enjoys talking with him. Dr. Kotler has a soothing voice. He has been seeing him since 2011. Dr.Kotler saved my life, ii had bladder cancer and kidney problems, because of his surgical skills i am here to tell the story, very compassionate, knowledgable, great follow up. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.
Dr. Kotler is great but some of the rest I feel are in it for the money! The only thing I hate is no one calls you back! You have to call tons of times for someone just to get your message!
90 minutes in the waiting room is inexcusable. It shows a complete lack of respect for the patient and a level of greed that is very difficult to accept.
Dr. Kotler is extremely kind , concerned, and knowledgeable. He answers all questions and never rushes through a visit as some doctors seem to do. He is gentle and consoling. Dr. Kotler encourages and welcomes second opinions. We think highly of him and his medical skillls.
I had a great experience with the care of Dr. Kotler. He resolved my issue with medication rather than a short procedure. He even gave me free samples until the insurance approved the script. The staff is super friendly and when I arrived, I was taken back in a reasonable time period.
