Mitchell Moving was the most pleasant experience imaginable. From the owner, Lance, to the fabulous office manager, Alexa, to every single one of our team of movers, we couldn’t have asked for finer professionals. They all went above and beyond on moving day and delivery day. No complaints at all! (I got several quotes and Mitchell Moving was the best quote and “delivered” exactly what they said they would). I had an amazing experience with this moving company! The two men who helped me were incredibly polite and professional. They efficiently moved my belongings from a U-Haul into my storage unit in under two hours, which was impressive. I was so amazed by their hard work and dedication that I tipped both men. My family and I booked our move with all my sons moving in Knoxville two weeks ago. We were met at the storage unit by the company’s movers. When my storage unit was opened they went inside and walked around and looked at things and took pictures. Then they came out and stated that they were not going to do the job stating that there were bugs bedbugs to be precise. My mother was taking photographs also during this time. Wanted to say a special thank you to Alexa. I’d used Mitchell Moving about 11 months ago to move a couple rooms of furniture into a storage unit. Some expensive furniture was scratched. I didn’t complain and did not write a negative review, although it had been my intention. I needed to use them again to move the furniture back (some had to be put together) but was concerned. This was our second time to use Mitchell Moving, most recently on May 31, 2025. Both times have been great experiences. The price has been fair. The crew, Dewayne and Darrell, arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently and were very courteous during the entire process. We recommend Mitchell without reservation.
