Mitchell Moving was the most pleasant experience imaginable. From the owner, Lance, to the fabulous office manager, Alexa, to every single one of our team of movers, we couldn’t have asked for finer professionals. They all went above and beyond on moving day and delivery day. No complaints at all! (I got several quotes and Mitchell Moving was the best quote and “delivered” exactly what they said they would). Would highly recommend this company.
I had an amazing experience with this moving company! The two men who helped me were incredibly polite and professional. They efficiently moved my belongings from a U-Haul into my storage unit in under two hours, which was impressive. I was so amazed by their hard work and dedication that I tipped both men. Wanted to say a special thank you to Alexa. I’d used Mitchell Moving about 11 months ago to move a couple rooms of furniture into a storage unit. Some expensive furniture was scratched. I didn’t complain and did not write a negative review, although it had been my intention. I needed to use them again to move the furniture back (some had to be put together) but was concerned. Michell moving was an excellent choice. Alexa on the phone was very reassuring and answered all my questions. Eddie and Bryson arrived just right on time and worked hard the entire 3 hours on a hot day. They treated our belongings with care and they were very courteous and amiable. Would definitely use this company again!
I’m changing my five-star review to a two-star after unpacking what Mitchell Moving packed. They sent Duane, Anthony, and Bryston to handle our move. Even though I provided 40 blankets and 12 straps, they did not secure our belongings properly. As a result, we found a lot of damage to our furniture, chairs, and bookcases when we unpacked the truck. This was both surprising and very disappointing.
