I have seen Dr. Mitchell virtually for almost a year, and she is wonderful. I highly recommend her if you need help with medication adjustments. She does a thorough assessment and makes medication changes in a slow and safe manner. She has always been pleasant, kind, and straightforward. I agree with a previous poster that the negative comments are quite harsh. Basically the direct opposite of my experience with her.
Highly unprofessional for someone who took an oath to help people she was extremely judgmental. I would look for another professional care provider before going to her office in the future.
I have been seeing Dr. Mitchell for over 5 years and I have never found a doctor who seems to genuinely care about me as a human being. Dr. Mitchell is straight-forward and she doesn't beat around the bush. I could see why it may seem she "lacks bedside manner" but I'd rather be told straight up what is going on and how I can fix it instead of a provider sugarcoating information. Dr. Michell's office staff is wonderful and her facility is very hygeinic also! I am so glad to have found this office. <3
