I had an interesting video session with Dr. Mitchell who recommended that I go on his candida diet. I've been on it now for a few months and I've lost 14 lbs and feel somewhat better regarding my Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia. I think the diet is great !!! I'm off sugar, bread, white rice and white potatoes, etc. and I don't miss the sugar at all. I take the D-Ribose religiously. I look forward to having more treatment from the doctor.
Dr. Mitchells videos portray him as an expert but when I had my consult it was not much of anything. He was not thorough. He had "One idea" and referred me to covid longhaulers site which was not easy to navigate. He said if I could be seen in NYC he could help me. I told him I could but he didn't elaborate on that much after my remark. He said he would collaborate with my doctor where I currently live but has not done that.
