Let's begin with a positive....the "management office" that has been boarded up for the past two years, is now being totally remodeled by a local contractor. We can only HOPE it will be purchased by good neighbors and taken care of, but, still we have no answers to our questions. The "Regional manager" in Michigan is no longer our manager...according to the grapevine...as no one has been formally told who the new Regional manager is. The office address listed as 31 West Ct is actually a vacant trailer, not an office. The last resident living in that trailer was evicted, after using it as a drug flop house for the past year. All the appliances, as well as most of the flooring, was taken out and loaded into a dumpster. Water pipes need replacing, many of the inside walls are spray painted black. I don't know how they get away with listing it as the office address. The management agent is in Michigan...impossible to get anything done around here...but... read more
Neighbors of Mitchell Manor,LLC is useless as park managers. The address they list is a rented, empty space in Wichita that forwards their mail to who knows where. The telephone numbers are rented people who answer the call, forward it to a voice message, and no one ever calls you back. They tried to install water meters on each trailer, so we would be billed for our own use, without contacting the city to request a permit..the job was stopped. Who ever it is..where ever they really are..that sends us the notice when rent ... read more
The Mitchell family doesn't own, or manage, this park anymore. The new management company is located out of Kansas, with the contact manager living in Michigan...good luck getting anything done. There are plans to install water meters at each trailer, so we will be paying water, trash and sewage each month. None of the trashy trailers are going to be made to clean up their yards, or do repairs, the rent will increase the first of the year.
