Neighbors of Mitchell Manor,LLC is useless as park managers. The address they list is a rented, empty space in Wichita that forwards their mail to who knows where. The telephone numbers are rented people who answer the call, forward it to a voice message, and no one ever calls you back. They tried to install water meters on each trailer, so we would be billed for our own use, without contacting the city to request a permit..the job was stopped. The Mitchell family doesn't own, or manage, this park anymore. The new management company is located out of Kansas, with the contact manager living in Michigan...good luck getting anything done. There are plans to install water meters at each trailer, so we will be paying water, trash and sewage each month. None of the trashy trailers are going to be made to clean up their yards, or do repairs, the rent will increase the first of the year.
