My experience with the owner was nothing short of bizarre. I had made an appointment for him to come by at 5 pm to give an estimate on Christmas lighting for our home. I called a few hours before 5 to make sure he was going to be there and I was assured he would by one of his employees. I made a special effort to be home by 5 to accomodate his visit.
