The purpose of a title company is to assure that you get good title to the real estate you buy, and to indemnify, insure, and protect you if they miss something or make a mistake. Mitchell on the other hand, insists that you, as the BUYER insure and indemnify them. Worse than that, they slipped this damning demand the day before the closing and upon the Buyer refusing to insure the Title Company, threw the entire closing out the window!! if I could give them a NEGATIVE 10 out of five, I certainly would!!
