Dr. Ramsey is amazing. Such a knowledgeable, and down to earth guy. He answered all of my questions, and seemed to genuinely care about my health and getting me the best care possible. His staff was also very helpful.
7 nurses all sitting around with too much to do. Told me I needed someone to be home with me for 6 hours after the procedure when I was never told it and wasn’t given to me in writing. Called my medical transport ride and scared her off by saying she needs to be held legally responsible for my safety on the ride home. All this after I had fasted for 3 days and the anesthesiologist said my medication would wear off completely 15 minutes after the procedure.
