I was not able to find a parking in their clinic for over 20 min. when i arrived at their clinc the receptionist it took me over 25 min trying to explain to them that i can use my HRA account for the 200$ payment and i had to call my insurance in the end they told me that i had to reschedule the appointment because i was late and the next appointment in 1 month although i have ear pain that needs immediate attention.

There is a huge reason the rating here plummeted. This doctor and the company behind him is awful. They made a mistake in billing, and tried to brush blame off on us. Avoid at all cost unless you want a large bill on you.

The worst attitude!!! He wouldn't let me speak!! I tried to tell him what was going on and he said. "I'm here only to do a surgery work up" I ask surgery for what? He told me I had Vestibular neuritis put me on an antiviral. When that didn't fix the problem he said I had a hole in my semicircular canal. CT showed that was wrong!! His diagnosis" silent migraines triggering vertigo" he didn't even tell me the results face to face. Would not fill out paper work for my employer. Dr. Schwaber is top notch for knowledge of inner ear issues, such as Meniere's disease. He patiently took time to teach me about the inner ear and about my condition. I learned important information that I did not learn from two other ENTs.
