Saved me from an ER visit Several years ago, I was burned very badly at work. Rather than having to sit in an ER for hours, these kind folks wheeled me in, treated me and also treated me every day for two weeks. If it was not for the excellent treatment, I would have been scarred for life. Now, I have regular doctor that I treat with but believe me, I've hit this place up in a pinch. I just went there last year with a terrible ear ache that was ruining my weekend and I was in and out in a flash.

Not a great place The last time that I was at Centra Care was when my daughter came in by ambulence after she had fainted at a restaurant. The emergency room did not seem all that concerned at all. they let her lay there for at least 2 hours and finally sent her home with her blood pressure being 78 over 46 it was terrible. I don't think she recieved any care at all the staff there is not very friendly or helpful and definately not caring the way a hospital should be. would not recommend to anyone.

Only go if you have a lot of time Even when I've visited at 7 in the morning I was faced with a 3 hour plus wait. That isn't a huge deal, except you find yourself canceling your entire day so you can see a doctor. I was once denied treatment by a nurse because I was 37 weeks pregnant, it was a weekend and I had an ear infection, the doctor did see me despite the nurse. They are very expensive if you don't have insurance, so self-paying people might opt for the ER and finance plans instead. They charged me $165 for a 3 hour w... read more
