Dr. Mitchell was highly recommended to us but when I called to see if I could get my niece in to see him, receptionist was extremely rude say NO we are not taking new patients and hung up on me
This place is awful when it comes to customer service, answering the phone and making appointments. I called 5 times, and when I finally get through I got to a answer machine and they told me to leave my info and that they'll call back and guess what? They NEVER contacted me. So I'll just take my business elsewhere if it's this hard to just get an appointment. And I was very sick.
