I brought my wedding set in to get some claws fixed up and they quoted me about a week and half, I was very pleasantly surprised when they called 2 days later!! My rings look absolutely stunning and brand new!! The service was beyond wonderful and the store itself is so beautiful! I would 10/10 recommend!
I can’t say enough about our experience! From the minute we walked in the door to the day we picked up our ring it was 5 star service. We had some major repairs done on my wedding set and it turned out amazing. So happy! Staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable & communicative too!
Shop here if you have extremely deep pockets and havent compared prices else where to shop. Prices for lab or natural diamonds are so crazy expensive holy cow. . Staff make you feel like crap. I didn’t get a good warm welcome vibe at all. Another local diamond broker got my business for price and service. The only reason why I gave it 2 stars is because it’s really pretty inside. It is nice inside though. Give them that
