Worst experience ever. James’s first try was sloppy and literally terrible so I asked him for some adjustment. He seems so reluctant and his action became rude and hurts my scalp, and ignored my words. He will not tell you ‘blow and dry’ costs extra money. Just asks you do you want me to dry now to see the result? When you asked about the bill he just went impatient and blamed you ‘I’ve asked you and this costs me more time.’ I have been this salon three times and none of the stylists costs me extra for blow and dry.
