Alexandra made my dreams come true today. I wanted to take my time to write this review because you rarely get this experience in a salon. Alexandra made me feel very safe and heard the entire time I was there. She asked about my needs and expectations, and we had an amazing time talking the whole afternoon while she fixed the mess I had done on my hair for the past year.
