Wow. If I had read these reviews before my appointment with this fellow I would likely have canceled it. The reviews reflect my own personal experience with this man. He was rude, manipulative, a poor listener, and his front office staff were equally so. I would never recommend him to anyone. Zero. And did I learn anything about myself after spending hours with him and his staff? I think I'd have to say no.
My husband and I are looking for a report of the results of a 4.5 hour examination involving my husband, William J. Masalski, and Dr Clionsky and a 1.5 hour interview between me (Kathleen Woods Masalski) and a staff member in your office. We'd like to receive a copy of the report via email asap. Please confirm. Thank you. KWM
When dealing with a lingering traumatic brain injury that impacted my quality of life for years, I went looking for answers that could help me. I was so very hopeful. Unfortunately, a misunderstanding on Clionsky's part led him to make an incorrect conclusion - on which he then based a diagnosis. I wanted GOOD answers for my diagnosis that were based on fact, so I waited for him to finish then very respectfully let him know about the factual error. Or tried to. This man looked me in the eyes as he interrupted me, told me: 'T... read more
Not only is he rude and arrogant, he totally missed, misinterpreted, and misrepresented vital information that was provided about a patient's cognitive decline. He also failed to request any supporting medical testing that might have revealed what was going on. As a result, both the patient and the caregiver missed out on vital financial and social support that would have been available sooner. A horrible person.
never interviewed my spouse, blamed my episodes (forgot how to turn left, didn't recognize my car, losing words, forgot my own wedding etc) on being overweight and tried to say that I was not using my cpap effectively. Person giving the test kept erasing what she would write down and wrote other information. Not sure how they justify taking some random guess at my IQ to base their answers on. Totally discouraged, not sure what to do now.
I find him arrogant and judgmental and also a bit manipulative. I do believe the tools he uses to determine ADD/ADHD and memory status/decline seem unique and accurate, but I wonder morally about his tactics and whether or not they cross any lines. I do like the classic poodle who seems to be a fixture in the office. She's sweet and somehow senses when a person needs comforting.
This doctor is rude and arrogant he gave me my diagnosis and preceded to argue with me and defend the diagnosis he gave me without even listening to what I have been experiencing and then he proceeded to judge me off of my past experiences with substances and label me with an addiction that I don't have. I am completely appalled and disgusted at the way he treated me. I am a professional and I expected the same from him. I would never recommend him to anyone ever. His license should Ben taken.
