My brother has been in memory care there for about 1 year. He appears to be doing well and when I visited him, the staff appeared to be responsive and very caring. First thing he did say was the food was pretty good. I am hoping things continue to be good there for him. He also said he has a "go to person" he trusts to share his issues with as they arise.
My mom has been on memory care side for about a year now and you would think with memory care patients they would remind them to dress to eat to change their Pull-Ups and even communicate to other Staffing members especially when they're sick but they don't we're getting ready to take her out
Please Be aware that you have an employee. That works there. Her name is Amy Wilson. She is a compulsive lier she's not a reliable employee around residents. She has Been known to give laxative to others as medication and she and she spreads rumors thats pure made up lies in her mind she behind closed doors has the mind of a 12 year old.best advice is ask her To find different employment thanks God bless
