My review is partly in whole for my experience this past Friday I’ve been working with this company for about six months in the process of building my home and so far it’s been good. Heather reached out via email to let me know that the flooring I selected months ago was discontinued. Dealing with the N.N. location was the best. Heather couldn't have been more helpful. When I did plans and colors for my build, Heather helped my so much when I was overwhelmed. Then I had a big issue when my floors were discontinued. I was devastated. I went into the office and Heather had my previous choices pulled out, to help me find a replacement that matched the best. I truly wished she had been our salesman the whole time.
