I have tons of pictures and documentation showing the lack of quality and supervision from Mitchell Homes. It’s been a year since our home was built and we are still trying to have many things warrantied. You will have to supervise the building process the entire time and will most likely still end up with various problems. Both Pam and Matt have been great to work with. They answered any questions we had, offered helpful advice when selecting options, and were both very knowledgeable in what they do. We’re so glad we chose to build our dream home with Mitchell!
Working with Mitchell Homes has been a very good experience, and a ton of learning in the process, to include the negotiation, design choices, and now construction.
