You would literally be better off living in a handmade fort. This builder only builds homes to last for one year. Coincidentally that’s as long as the warranty lasts. We bought this house in July of 2020 just for it to start falling apart by August of 2021. Leaking roof after a bad rain. Air conditioning unit is leaking into the walls. Waited over a year for them to come stretch the carpet in our guest room and repaint the walls. You would be better off to avoid the headache.
