being able to receive CPAP equipment is a nightmare. Trying to reach someone is horrible too. Do not believe what they claim while you are on hold for a very long time!

After many many years of bad sleep, did a sleep test, got an APAP script. Choose Benson's Brighton, MI as it's close to home. Dr sent script to them. Took more than a day for them to even acknowledge they received the script, only then through a text message. Called to find out what I need to do, and the customer service on the phone was about as helpful as trying to reschedule a flight. We'll call you, dont call us. You'll get what you get (they only carry two models). No idea how long its going to take. No idea on cost to ... read more

I was just referred to Binson’s and I am really concerned about doing business with them. I have to have a bipap machine and the order was sent here. I called the following week after referral was sent (as instructed to do by care provider) and my call was disconnected after being on hold for over 15 min. I called back and the same thing happened.
