Never EVER go to this store. My Grandfather is dying and I was blatantly yelled at by a woman named Barbara for the behavior of the hospital. Upon making the call I was greeted with immediate anger, it was almost accusatory as if I was trying to get one over on them. I made it clear I was from the family and tried to apologize for whatever was going on and she continued to furiously talk over me. I couldn't believe the anger in her voice. I had to hang up the phone. I called back a little later and I spoke with a woman named Sarah, who apologized but continued to make excuses. However, this is totally invalid, given we explicitly stated to be family, I am a woman, and I was calling from an 810 number, so there's no confusing who I am or where I'm coming from. I have never in my life written a negative review, in fact, I often find them ridiculous and trite, but my family is going through an awful time and this really pushed us over the edge. I can't imagine somebody going through something alone, or tending to a sick child, being treated this same way. I wish I had recorded the phone call so I could deliver it to HR. I work in costumer service, and I understand it can be hard, but this type of outburst is unprofessional and unacceptable.
