They went out of business and didn't bother telling any of us.
They went out of their way to help when my machine suddenly quit this week. I had some trouble getting a live person, but I kept calling until I did. Once I actually talked to someone, they were kind and worked hard to solve my problem.
For insurance purposes, I needed to switch DME companies for oxygen supplies. Mitchell could not have made my transition easier. Their customer service is friendly and so helpful. I've had a few issues with my equipment, and they have gone over and above to answer my numerous questions and resolve any problems. Whenever I need something, they are quick to deliver it or pick up what needs to be returned. They have also supplied courtesy items to get me through transitions, at no cost to me.
