My mother was a resident at Mitchell Hollingsworth Nursing Home in Florence, Alabama. They provided substandard care and they were negligent in her care.She suffered dehydration, weight loss, falls, broken bones, unreported bleeding, kidney & urinary tract infections. The staff let her wander outside 2 different times. There was also dignity issues and they were unwilling to accommodate family members for care plan meetings.This nursing home is short staffed and you have to stay on them about the cleanliness of the rooms.
